BULK ACCOUNTS / ORDERING: Please contact our Sales Department to discuss your needs. We have great pricing on bulk standard products.

PAYMENT/BILLING: Currently we use ONLY PAYPAL for payment(s) made with charge cards and International Orders. Please register with Paypal for prompt processing of your orders. Business and personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks may be sent to: Novelty Soap Company, PO Box 20856, Milwaukee, Wi., 53220. Attn: Billing.  Wire transfers for domestic and international orders are also welcomed.


NEED BY DATE(S): In order to better serve you and so that you receive your order when needed, we require that you provide us with your "need by date" when ordering. Please specify this information in the "Comments" Box when checking out.  There will be no refunds, credits or adjustments to your order and payment, if you do not provide this information, and it was received later than anticipated.

SHIPPING: We generally ship via UPSP Priority (United States Postal) with delivery confirmation. Orders over 5 pounds have the option of being shipped by DHL Airborne at a highly reduced rate. We will also ship via Fed Ex per your request. There is a $1.50 fee for utilizing Fed Ex means of shipping. We automatically ship with delivery confirmation on all shipments at our cost. IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, YOU MUST RETAIN THE PACKAGE(S) and contact us within 24 hours.  You MUST have purchased insurance for any damaged shipment(s) in order to receive a replacement order or refund if damaged during shipping.  International shipments are done through USPS Global EMS or other means to suit the weight and your shipping area.

SHIPPING METHODS: 
USPS Postal - Less costly, 4 - 7 days delivery time once order is shipped out.
USPS Priority - 2 to 4 days from the day the order s shipped out.
USPS Express - 1 to 2 days arrival from the date the order is shipped out.
Fed Ex 2 Day - 2 days from the day the order is shipped out.
Fed Ex Overnight - Next day delivery if the order is placed before noon CST.
DHL - 3  to 4 days arrival from the day the order is shipped out.  This method is used when an order is 6 lbs. or more.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:  All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation and we do not charge a fee to you for this preference.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: We highly recommend you insure each order.   Insurance is optional and not required.   However, we will NOT refund or replace an order or product that may be lost or damaged during shipping if you did not purchase insurance.

RETURN  AND REFUND POLICY: We guarantee all of our products. However, we can not accept returns or issue a refund or credit your account if:

1. NO Refunds If: You have placed a CUSTOM order and you CANCEL OR     REJECT DELIVERY of your order once shipped.

2. NO Refunds If: You cancel your order once production has already begun your order and/or it has been customized. Any portion of your order which has been customized will NOT be refunded.  When you select a specific color, scent, and alike, this is a CUSTOM order.   NO refunds if you provided an incorrect address, the order is sent back to Novelty Soap Company and refuse reshipment.

3. NO Refunds if you have provided an incorrect shipping address and the order/package is not received in the time frame desired due to the delay of the incorrect address.    The package/order will be reshipped to the correct address once the adjusted and corrected address is received in written form or via e-mail.

4. NO Refunds if you provided an incorrect address to ship your order to a third party/gift recipient.  The order/package will be reshipped to the correct address once the adjusted/corrected address is given via written form or e-mail.  In some cases we will refund a portion of your order, less 20% stocking fee and no refund on shipping costs.

5. NO Refunds If: You did not specify a "deadline date for delivery" and your order has shipped out in a time frame for other than you anticipated. Unless we have a deadline date for which you need your order and products, there is no way for us to properly schedule your order(s) on our production log’s accordingly. EVERYTHING IS MADE TO ORDER (some exceptions do apply). You MUST specify a deadline date for delivery if you need the products by a specific date. We will not refund if you received a order later than needed if you did not specify in writing of the date needed.

6. NO Refunds If: You are dissatisfied with your designs and color selections or packaging you have selected. Packaging can be changed for the end product prior to shipping your order or after you have received it for FUTURE ORDERS. We remain in diligent communications with each order from the time we receive the order to shipping it to it’s destinations.  If we have manufactured your order to your specifications, we can not receive these items back for a full credit or refund to your account unless it is due to our error with manufacturing the product incorrectly.   If the products have become defective during shipment due to cold or hot weather, or likewise conditions, this is where the shipping insurance is needed. Refunds are placed back to your Paypal account upon prior approval of return or placed on your in-house account if the shipment was insured. Refunds are credited if the product is defective, AND IT MUST BE RETURNED TO US. However, this is unlikely as the products do not leave our facility defective. They are inspected several times prior to shipping for quality, customizations, packaging, scents, appearance and prep for shipment. If the shipment IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, you MUST RETAIN the package(s) and contact us within 24 hours.

7.  NO Refunds if:  The order is damaged during shipping or lost and you did not purchase insurance.   Effective 1/1/04. 

8.  NO Refunds if:  Your order was for a trade show or alike and the products did not sell.  We are not a consignment manufacturer.

9.  NO Returns if:  You did not receive your order in a time frame which you expected and did not specify a "deadline date" when ordering.  NO Returns if you did not like your custom product.  NO Returns if you did not sell your product.  NO Returns for the above mentioned 1. - 6. policies.  NO Returns without prior authorization will be accepted.  NO Returns on damaged, opened, used or unisured shipments and products unless it was due to our error in shipping a defective product.  There is a 20% restocking fee of products returned with authorization and there is no refund of shipping costs  per any of the terms above.

Your order receipt reflects and states the general information above.  Your acceptance of the refund and return terms are considered accepted by you if your order is not canceled prior to production on customized products, and/or not canceled prior to shipping on standard, non-customized products.
